BITE – Oral Care Product Design

BITE is an oral care product concept developed through comprehensive market research, user-focused design exploration, and functional product development. The project aims to improve daily oral cleaning routines by combining intuitive use, organized storage, and compact form.

The design process began with global market analysis and brand positioning studies, identifying gaps in usability, organization, and product differentiation within the electric toothbrush segment. Insights from existing competitors informed both functional priorities and form decisions.

Multiple design alternatives were explored, focusing on ease of use, intraoral control, and organization. The final concept integrates a wall-mounted storage unit that allows the toothbrush and interchangeable heads to be stored hygienically, visibly, and within easy reach.

The product form emphasizes ergonomic handling and visual clarity. Material selection was driven by durability, hygiene, and manufacturability, with components designed to reflect realistic production constraints. The final design was visualized through detailed 3D renders and technical drawings, including dimensional and material breakdowns.
